Class Cancelation

PLEASE SEE OUR NEW LESSON CANCELLATION PROCEDURE

  • Step 1- Open Teach n Go
  • Step 2- Open calendar
  • Step 3- Click on the lesson that you want to cancel
  • Step 4- Click "Mark as excused"
  • Step 5- Include a note to your teacher of the reason for cancellation

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require 24 hours' notice to schedule a catch-up lesson or to receive a group lesson recording. Lessons canceled without notice are forfeited.

  • Students will receive an automated lesson reminder 1-hour before your class begins.
  • If you are running late for your classes, please respectfully inform your language teacher via Teach n Go.
  • Teachers are instructed to wait for 15 minutes from the start of the lesson for the students to attend.
  • If the students do not present themselves after 15 minutes, and they have failed to notify us, the teachers will log out, and the lesson will be forfeited without a refund.
